[ She picks up that chocolate cupcake and holds it out to him. ]

[the food here does weird things. that seems like a pretty safe bet. the question is, does he want to bet that whatever this chocolate cupcake is going to do to him is going to be something he can roll with???

on the other hand, another sad gurgle comes from his tummy. 8( but he isn't taking the cupcake yet...]

[ Cecil sighs when he doesn't take the cupcake from her palm, vaguely annoyed with how fiercely Barakiel is clinging to his... "angelhood". ]

If you don't eat it yourself, I'll make you eat it. You might as well enjoy your humanity while you have it.

I don't like having it, though.

Such whining...

[ At that, Cecil exerts her influence to make him take the cupcake, pressuring him with her power to make him take a bite out of it. ]

[fffffighting that... :(

ends up taking a tiny bite out of the cupcake though, and...immediately starts to blush]

Ugh...

[ Blushing? That's new. She laughs a little in disbelief, then leans forward a little and forces his hand again. ]

Well, at least you're not crying.

[nooooo this feels weird I don't like it I don't want any more cake. trying to avoid it...]

The more you fight, the harder I'll push. Don't forget that you're human now. Pain will be different. And you won't heal quickly.

[ And to demonstrate this, she pulls her strings more tightly to manipulate his limbs and mouth. ]

[and...now he has chocolate cupcake smeared all over his face. despite his best efforts, a bit more icing gets into his mouth, and he flushes more deeply, breathing a little more labored.

[ She sighs when he makes a mess and she reaches up to grab a napkin from the table before scooting over to sit beside him. She starts wiping his face. ]

See what I mean? There's no point in resisting.

[ She continues cleaning his face with the napkin, being intentionally slow and gentle. ]

[ Her voice is a singsong as she leans closer. ]

[just kind of...sighs...through his nose. and also tries to lean away from Cecil because Cecil being so close is...distracting.]

Oh, the silent treatment, is it? Fine, fine.

[ Well, there's good news and there's bad news. The good news is that she doesn't force him to have more of the cupcake. She also doesn't use her powers of manipulation to force him to stay still. The bad news though is that she doesn't move away, but rather, once she's wiped the frosting from his face, she sets aside the napkin and comfortably drapes herself over his shoulders. She's practically nuzzling his face too, with her chest pressed tight to his bicep so he'll have to get a little rough if he wants to escape. She even transitions to her "human" form so that she looks just like she normally does, all silver and blue instead of the menacing dark shades of her Noah form.

Barakiel is seriously the least fun torture victim. He doesn't react. He doesn't care about being hurt or insulted. He barely even talks back. Thus, she's trying a different method: needling him along slowly until he loses his excellent self-discipline. She's not going to force herself on him really any more than this, wanting him to be the one to take action. ]

...Your skin smells like chocolate now. Do you think you taste sweet too?

[letting the cupcake go with relief, but now more distracted than ever by Cecil's closeness. in her "human" form, it feels perilously easy to forget the costume that's affecting her right now, the familiarity of her light eyes and hair a definite relief.

but, even more than that...he can feel the chocolate cupcake working on his system, the heat in his face and the way he can't stop staring at Cecil's mouth. it takes him a moment to register her speaking to him, in fact.]

...Mm... I wouldn't know about that.

[ She smiles, finally pleased by the reaction she gets from him. As if to reward him for it, she begins rubbing his chest with her hands soothingly. ]

How truthful are you feeling? Still the same?

[pppushes her hands away]

I guess so. The only way to tell would be to make me tell a truth I wouldn't say otherwise, wouldn't it?

[ She stops, but she keeps her hands on his shoulders at least, wanting the maintain contact to keep the pressure on him. ]

Why wouldn't you tell me the name of the demon you spoke of earlier?

I don't know it. And a demon would destroy you if you went after one.
